Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) is an island nation south of India in the
Indian Ocean. Its diverse landscapes range from rainforest and arid plains to
highlands and sandy beaches.
Negombo is situated 39 km north of Colombo and 3 km off the Bandaranayake International Airport
Katunayake. It is a picturesque coastal town of much character and atmosphere. Both the fishing hamlets
and the fisher folk found here are very colourful. One of the must see sights is the fishing fleet of out rigger
canoes coming home.Some significant places in Negombo are Angurukaramulla Buddhist Temple, Hindu
Temples in Sea Street, the Air Force Base and brackish-water fish at Munnakkara. Negombo is one of the few
Roman Catholic areas in Sri Lanka. A popular Roman Catholic Shrine can be visited at Duwa. Negombo
boasts of fine beaches, beautiful lagoon and Dutch built Canal. Travellers can enjoy good swimming, sailing,
rod and line fishing. Negombo is famed for its good seafood, especially Shell fish. It is also known for
extensive coconut cultivation and toddy tapping. It was an important cinnamon growing centre in Dutch and
Portuguese times, 16th to 17th centuries.

At the beginning of a Panchakarma treatment our professional doctors will create an individual program according
to your symptoms and needs, which includes the various massages and baths as well as a special diet.The program
includes multiple massages, herbal medicines and medical enemas to discharge Mala and Ama from the body.
Different Baths complete this process to bring the body into harmony. Yoga exercises are carried out and to broaden
your spiritual horizon there is room for relaxing meditation.

Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital city is an interesting blend of varying influences. It has been a
cosmopolitan city for more than 600 years. Its importance as a trading port increased after the arrival of the
Portuguese to the island in the early 16th Century. It continued to grow under the Dutch and British, and today
shows the marked influence of all those cultures – Islamic mosques, the Catholic, Dutch Reformed and Anglican
churches. Colombo is broken into 15 postal code areas also used to identify specific areas.Fort still is of great
interest to shoppers with the many old shops which specialize in Gems & Jewellery, Silks, Batiks, Handicrafts
Curios, Antiques, old stamps and excellent leather goods. The Clock Tower cum Lighthouse nearly 100 years old is
a very rare and significant sight.

Bentota, is a well known tourist attraction in Sri Lanka, situated on the southern tip of the Galle District of the
Southern Province, approximately 7 – 8 km (4.3 – 5.0 mi) south of Beruwala on the A2 highway. Its population is
estimated between 25,000 – 50,000. The name Bentota comes from a mythical story which dates back to the
time of the ancient kings when it was believed a demon called Bem ruled this river.It has a local airport (Bentota
River Airport) and some world-class hotels. It is a renowned destination for watersports. Bentota is also
prominent for the ancient art of healing called Ayurveda. It is very famous for its toddy, an alcoholic beverage
made out of coconut nectar.While the South Coast of Sri Lanka is home to many beaches, some of them stand
out from the rest, such as Bentota Beach. If you really want to enjoy all that this picturesque shoreline has to
offer, look to stay at a Bentota hotel or resort by the sea.

Hikkaduwa is a tourist haven situated 16 km away from Galle. This town is very picturesquely situated on the
lovely South Coast and is one of the Island’s best Beach Resorts. It boasts of fantastically beautiful Coral
formations and a wealth of coloured tropical fish. This underwater wonderland can be viewed in fair weather
from November to April from a glass bottomed boat. Also it is popularly known for its game fish like Marlin and
Sail Fish. Hikkaduwa is fantastic for good swimming, diving and underwater exploration. There is also much
scope for marine photography. The most excellent tasting seafood can be found here as well as precious
Moonstone Jewellery.

 02 Days stay at hotel in Mirissa.
Mirissa is famous among tourists for its lovely sandy beach with relaxed and picturesque environment. It is a
secluded bay lying about 5 kms from Weilgama. It is a small fishing village with a wide stretch of golden beach
lined with palm trees that is a traveller’s paradise. Like other beaches on the Southern Coast of Sri Lanka, Mirissa
is good for body boarding and surfing and snorkelling and now become a famous place to do Dolphins and
Whale watching Boat excursions.village and the Buddhist temple.
